Mentorship Opportunities
Not everyone or dog, enjoys a group setting. Private instruction is available at our place, our north woods property, or using one of our local or regional natural surface trail systems that is dog-powered sports friendly. ***Beginning the 2023/24 season, mentorship will be by application process only. It will continue to be cost free. You are welcome to email or call us any time for free consultation.

We know we could give you books, handouts, and videos to read and watch all day long! We know we are in the era of technology, however we also know that nothing will ever compare to an active dialogue, hands on, and in-person instruction. Just bring yourself, a willing attitude and your dog(s). Proof of vaccinations are required.

We have developed a network of mentors ranging from recreational, to racing, to tourism kennels who are willing to show you the ropes. For more information, please email us.
Lines for Dog Powered Sports
We can get you hooked up, literally! with affordable lines. We use polyethylene hollow braid rope and Italian Bronze snaps. We order direct from the manufacturers to save you money. We generally beat the "big guy's" prices by 10-20%. We have items ready to go, or can custom make you something to fit your needs and color tastes.
Other items
We sell line in bulk (no special order charges or minimum order requirements) & various hardware including stainless steel snap shackles, caribiners, and Italian bronze snaps (1/2" and 5/8 Swivel bolt snap). We are an authorized Kong Italy dealer.
We periodically have used equipment available. This ranges from harnesses to scooters, dogsleds, and dryland carts. We advertise on UPPER MIDWEST MUSHERS MARKET & our public Facebook page.
